BuzzAhh is your town's marketplace — built on neighbors trusting neighbors. These rules keep it safe, honest, and welcoming. Posting or trading here means you agree to follow them.

Be honest. Accurate descriptions, real photos, fair prices.
Be kind. Treat every neighbor with respect.
Keep it local & relevant. This is your town's marketplace.
Meet safely. Public places, daylight, bring a friend.
Communicate clearly. Reply, and honor what you agree to.
Speak up. Report anything sketchy or unsafe.

✕ Don't

No scams or fraud. No fake listings, bait pricing, or deception.
No prohibited items. Nothing illegal, stolen, counterfeit, recalled, or unsafe (see Terms).
No harassment or hate. No threats, slurs, or discrimination.
No spam. No unrelated ads or repetitive posting.
No impersonation. Don't pretend to be someone else or share others' private info.
No off-platform schemes designed to defraud a neighbor.

In "the Buzz"

The community wall is a town square — keep posts neighborly, on-topic, and free of spam, scams, hate, or harassment. Promote your own listings, ask questions, welcome new neighbors — just keep it real and respectful. We moderate the Buzz and may remove posts or limit accounts that break these rules.

A quick safety reminder

BuzzAhh never handles your money. Payments are directly between you and the other person (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or cash), and there's no buyer or seller protection. Meet in safe public places, inspect before you pay, and trust your gut.

Enforcement

Breaking these rules can lead to content removal, warnings, feature limits, suspension, or account removal — depending on the situation. We aim to be fair, but our priority is keeping the community safe.
